A new single family house with an ADU to replace the existing that was lost in the fires. The house is composed of four “Ranch Style” bays that are attached length wise. The central bay is a flexible office to dining to living room space to accommodate the needs of two entrepreneurs and their family. The flanking bays contain the inflexible spaces of bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen.
